Takuma curls his hands around Kozue's body and his dance instruction begins. Their unexpected closeness causes Kozue to hesitate. With her heart pounding, she pushes Takuma's hands away and runs home. But the throbbing in her chest continues. It can't be. But what is this feeling? --TBS

I enjoyed watching this series. It wasnt great, but it really did make me think about a lot, especially marriage. Its funny because it really had a lot to do with what Ive been thinking about lately. Love can appear at any time. I always wondered "what if you met someone you loved after you married. what then?" This dorama was practically all about that.

It didn't have the ending I expected it to have, which is good. I was expecting Kozue to pick either Takuma or Hideo. But I didnt want her to pick Hideo because it would seem like her and Takuma didnt really have an affect on anything, and I kinda didnt want her to pick Takuma because it really just didnt seem right. Not because of their ages, but because they just didnt seem to fit together. Their souls did and they understood each other like no other, but as usual, there are certain couples that just arent meant to be together. Thankfully she didn't pick either! =] And somehow I think that was the best option. ;_; Though I must admit, I didnt like the fact that her and Takuma had to say goodbye for good haha.

+___+ Speeeeaking of Takuma, Yamapi looked so cuuute! Yapari I like his earlier work the best! Im not sure what it is about it though. Maybe his hair? Lmao possibily. But I cudnt really imagine him being a traditional dancer lol. Urgh and though its just acting, I can never stand seeing him in pain LOL! When his lungs would act up, I would panick even though its a show hehehe. ^^;; I sure don't blame Kozue for being attracted to him.. HAHA! Yamapi was truly the perfect guy for the role of capturing the heart of an older woman lol.

Urgh I couldnt stand Saho! Lol her character makes me dislike Ayase Haruka a little more. Haha its not that I hate Ayase. Shes an amazing actress, but ever since her character in Byakuyakou, her characters would piss me off. XD Her character in this series annoyed me as well. Sorry Ayase! I didnt realize she'd be in the series. I also didnt realize Yanagiba Toshiro was in it either. Yamapi and him are in Code Blue together. But of course both of their characters are completely different there than in here.

I love the theme song. It really grow on me probably around the 3rd episode. It's very lovely and is one of those theme songs that just seem to fit the dorama perfectly. I downloaded the song and am still listening to it constantly even though I already finished watching the series, hehe.

Overall its a nice jdorama to watch but not exactly award winning material or anything. Why? Im not too sure. Nothing seems to capture you. Haha, I think the main reason why I even watched it was because of Yamapi. Other than that, the plot and everything else was just average.

In the end, I'd rate this series...

I finally finished watching this series! This series is seriously cute. It definately left me at the edge of my seat squealing during each episode haha! The cause being Shige in about most of it LOL! Yes.. Im in a role with watching dramas with NewS members in them <3 src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v78/FallenRosePedals/Test%20emoticons/2nd%20batch/12.gif"> It suits him soooo perfectly! Im really bummed that he changed it lately.. but yes back to what I was saying. His character is soo adorable. One of those guys who the girl has always been crushing on when reality he really likes her too. Just too cute!!! Lucky Koume! But sadly most of the good parts between them has her dad in her body.. I so understand how she feels having missed out on such moments!!!

Speaking of Koume, Aragaki Yui has really grown on me as an actress as well haha. She was really cute in this series! Hmm so she's acted with Tegoshi, Yamapi, and now Shige. Lucky!!! I like her paired with Shige tho. They look cute together!

Yashima Norito did an amazing job as Koume's dad! His moments as Koume stuck in his body is soo hilarious! He pulls if off sooo well! His little "Yatta!" pose is chooo kawaii! Lmao and his dances omg! My dad is weird enough but Id be rly freaked out if my dad acted like that.

Overall this series was really entertaining. I definately enjoyed watching it a lot. However because the legend of the peaches involves 7 days, its not a very long series and only has 7 episodes. They do good with the timing, but I wish it was longer. I for sure wanted to see some REAL KentaxKoume moments hehe! This series isnt the best, but isnt without a doubt a very cute series. Makes u really think about the relationship between parents and their kids.

I would rate this series...

Last Friends: Special Encore Episode

Special Encore Episode

Screenshots from Yasashii Sekai. Thank you! <3

Haha sadly I guess the series was just too great to make a really good SP. Just about all of the SP is recaps of the whole series. There was probably like.. 10 worth of new extra stuff? Haha! But it was still cute to see Ogurin and Eri come back. x_x;; What is up with Ogurin's hair, I dont know.. lol! I wish Michiru's old sempai at work could've finally found out the truth about her and stop assuming her love life was so great. =/ Michiru was in the same possition as her. Anyways, it was also nice to see Rumi a little older. SHE HAS HER OWN CUTE LITTLE MUG THAT MATCHES WITH EVERYONE ELSE!!! XD Sooooo cute! Lol and its pink just like Mommy Michiru, just chibi version haha. Oh and the little boy that Sousuke used to play with showed up at the cemetary the same time as Michiru to visit Sousuke. That is Im pretty sure it was. I thought that was sweet to bring him back. RIP Sousuke. But there's nottin really new in the SP. Just a little simple extra to make fans smile I suppose. ._.;; though I have to admit I got kinda annoyed by all the fast forwarding I had to do.. lmao! The series ends at episode 11. Lets just leave it at that, hehehe!

Anyways great job cast of Last Friends! :D Everyone did such an amazing job! ='[ Im going to miss watching new episodes.. haha!

Last Friends: Episode 11 FINALE

Episode 11

Screenshots from Yasashii Sekai. Thank you! <3

WOW! Lol just wow. So I finally finished the last episode. Yey Eri and Ogurin got married! Haha who would've guessed?! I thought it was majorly sweet when he showed up with all those roses ^^ He was kinda awkward but it was cute. And Eri seriously looked beautiful in her wedding dress. +_+ I loved her dress. D: Too bad Michiru didn't get to go to the wedding.

The ending was very satisying ^_^ MichiruxTakeruxRuka. Why didnt I think of that?! Haha, and the baby's name as Rumi was a cute idea. Usually making a name from a mixture of other names comes out really weird but Rumi was fine. The baby was soooooo adorable!!! XD

I didn't realize d-addicts had the special too so Im downloading that now ^^

The ending picture of all of them in from of the shared house again, but with Rumi now was REALLY cute. Haha, such a cute ending but not too corney! I absolutely enjoyed this whole series. LOL no wonder everyone loved Juri sooo much more now. I KNOW I SURE DO! I feel kinda cutting my hair short now.. hahahaha. But yes she is amazing!

I can't to watch the special ^^

To no surprise, I believe the series has ended in still....

Last Friends: Episode 10

Episode 10

As the series is coming to an end, Im not able to post up screenshots =[

But wow... this episode was pretty intense. So Michiru finally finds out about Ruka's feelings and leaves. U dont rly understand very good why she feels the need but I guess its kinda understandable to be unsure of how to face her. But she shouldn't avoid her! =.=;; she shudnt have moved out for sure!

Michiru and Sousuke..... I still cant help but see myself in their relationship. It seriously brings back way too many memories. The scenes after he forced himself on her really got to me. As crazy as it may sound, when Sousuke told Michiru not to cry and started crying himself, a part of me felt like crazy. You can seriously tell he has some major issues.. and when Michiru woke up and saw him in the living room I had a horrible feeling that he was dead.. But I kept trying to convince myself that maybe he did something really unexpected like put Michiru's pictures of her friends in frames or sumthing. ^^;; Haha stupid I know...

When the series first started, I thought Ruka was the one who Michiru mentioned died. But I guess thats what they want you to think. Then I started getting the idea that it was possible Sousuke that might but I still thought it wud be Ruka. I didnt want neither of them to die though! =[

One more episode to go....
(hmm.. i heard theres a SP???)
